Visionary Home Builders, now a newly registered business corporation finally finds success in having a proper business structure thanks to CanadaStartups.org

Up until recently, Visionary Home Builders was a cash business with 2 brothers working hard towards building a future. The lack of a business registration, business knowledge kept their contracts limited and small. The need for a registration meant they could start bidding on larger contracts, possibly obtain assistance from banks, the government or investors and maybe even hire some help.
Visionary Home Builders from Hamilton, Ontario handled over a hundred projects over the last 10 years. However, these were all projects that were small scale, mostly renovations, patch up work and landscaping. With a lot of experience between the two brothers, and the references to back it all up Visionary Home Builders as they called themselves was a growing business. It just seemed that they couldn't get many bigger projects as they hoped for.

Nobody wants to write a payment to Travis Pacheco, and we couldn't use Visionary Home Builders as it wasn't registered", says Travis, the part owner of the newly established company. That was the biggest issue according to the brothers - getting any bigger contracts without being a registered business and having insurance.

With good growth over the years, this all cash business needed to become registered and play by the rules to go further towards success.

After speaking to a few people, they both agreed that CanadaStatups.org has the self-serve service they needed to launch their business into a real business. Simply by following the steps, and learning along the way - these brothers registered Visionary Home Builders and made it a real business.

Now their primary focus was to get additional employees on board, and they needed some money to get started. After having completed their business plan using the Business Plan Builder Tool, they took the plan to their local bank and were able to obtain a small loan to start off with their first employee.

Using the Funding Database, they were also able to apply to certain government funding programs offered to developers for purchasing of equipment.

All came together for Visionary Home Builders with the help of CanadaStartups.org and their new found small business.
One of the main reason why we never registered a business in such a long time is because we were both inexperienced, unknowledgeable of business and didn't know what to do. The reality is, it's actually very simple.

Our advice to you is DONT DO IT ON YOUR OWN. Hire help, or do what we did - use CanadaStartups.org. Honestly for the cost of the access to the database and all of its tools and resources, you can't go wrong.
